Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing product information
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store
