Position Overview:

In the role of Technical Support Agent, you will be tasked with delivering technical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring their requests are fulfilled. You will serve as the primary contact, providing tailored assistance while upholding a high standard of professionalism.

  • Deliver customer service support to executive-level stakeholders on a rotating 24/7 schedule
  • Notify management of emerging incident patterns
  • Implement pre-packaged software utilizing automated tools
  • Assist in software rollouts and updates
  • Document, track, and manage the incident resolution process
  • Employ remote tools and diagnostic utilities for troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with relevant technical domains (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) is advantageous
  • Bilingual proficiency is mandatory
