Job Summary

As a leader in the multidisciplinary study of health and healthcare, the University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Continuing Studies seeks a Director of Dissemination and Implementation to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to disseminate knowledge and best practices in health and healthcare to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement dissemination plans to reach diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, policymakers, and the general public.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and develop knowledge products, such as reports, briefs, and educational materials.
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance the capacity of stakeholders to implement evidence-based practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, government agencies, and community groups.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dissemination efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health education, implementation science, or a related field, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. Experience in dissemination and implementation science is highly desirable.
