Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Visualization: You will create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and external partners.
  • BI Platform Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining our business intelligence platform to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and risk, to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into business strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: You will communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Math, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of practical analytical experience in a professional environment or business setting, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools such as Power BI, D3, Tableau, or DOMO, and open-source languages such as R, Python.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
