We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:- Process calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage mail and packages, and ensure all correspondence is handled promptly
- Make reservations for meeting rooms and conference spaces
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and meeting rooms
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist in a service firm
- Excellent verbal communication skills in French
- Bilingualism an asset
- Proficient in common office software, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- A competitive salary range of $17/h to $20/h, depending on experience
- A permanent position with a regular schedule
- A nice working atmosphere and a pleasant environment in modern and professional offices
- Free parking
