Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout all activities.

  • Create comprehensive learning documents that articulate QA standards for Advisors.
  • Assist leadership in the development and implementation of QA standards.

  • Engage in payment collection efforts to mitigate losses and safeguard the Bank's interests.
