Position Overview:
In the role of Technical Support Agent, you will be tasked with delivering technical guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently. You will serve as the primary contact, providing tailored support while upholding a high standard of professionalism.
- Deliver customer service assistance to high-level clients on a 24/7 rotational basis
- Notify management of emerging trends in incidents
- Implement pre-configured software utilizing automated systems
- Support software releases and installations
- Document, monitor, and manage the incident resolution process
- Employ remote tools and diagnostic applications for troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with relevant technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency is mandatory
