We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technologist to join our Anesthesia team at Guardian Veterinary Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with surgical preparations, patient recovery, and anesthesia procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Provide compassionate care to hospitalized patients and their owners.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues and pet owners to ensure effective communication and care.
Requirements
- Completion of a Veterinary Technologist or Animal Health Technologist program.
- Experience with CRIs, TIVA, advanced imaging, and mechanical ventilators.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning and growth.
