Hotel General Manager
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Det'on Cho We Le Dai LP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
* Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and create optimum working conditions
* Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns
**Requirements**
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Permanent employment
* English language proficiency
* 40 hours per week work schedule
