In this role, you will spearhead the creation of standards-driven solutions within the Environmental and Climate Change initiative. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic oversight, team management, and fostering robust partnerships with industry stakeholders, governmental bodies, and academic institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and cultivate Project Managers to fulfill program goals
- Formulate yearly business strategies and pursue growth opportunities
- Engage with external stakeholders and address their concerns
- Oversee funding agreements and maintain essential relationships
- Contribute to the establishment of a community platform for the program sector
- Enhance customer satisfaction and boost employee morale
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Applied Science
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning and program oversight in the Environmental and Climate Change sector
- Familiarity with standards, governmental policies, and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities
Essential Skills:
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- High level of self-initiative
- Proficiency in major Microsoft applications and project management tools
- Fluency in French is advantageous
Travel Requirements:
Domestic travel up to 25% may be necessary.
