About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled **Digital Product Designer** to join our team at Onico Solutions. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design User-Centric Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop designs that meet the needs of our customers.
  2. Conduct User Research: Conduct research to deliver the real needs of our users and create engaging personas.
  3. Develop Design Solutions: Develop user flows, wireframes, and contextual inquiries to create effective design solutions.
  4. Prototype and Test: Prototype and conduct user testing to validate proposed design solutions with stakeholders and end-users.
  5. Design Visual Touchpoints: Design user interface (UI) for all visual touchpoints.
  6. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business partners, engineering developers, and data architects to understand business and functional requirements.
  7. Manage Consistent Experiences: Manage and own the creation of consistent experiences across products and platforms through user-centered design processes.
  8. Participate in Ideation: Participate in the ideation and experience design of complex applications for web and mobile.
  9. Ensure Design Quality: Collaborate with development teams to ensure the design quality is maintained downstream.
  10. Communicate Design Decisions: Educate and articulate the thinking and strategy behind your work and design decisions.
  11. Validate Design Solutions: Conduct and coordinate design walkthroughs, feedback sessions, and usability testing to validate proposed design solutions.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX, specializing in digital product development.
  2. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a diversity of relevant work that encompasses UX expertise, interaction design, creativity, and critical thinking.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invision, and Balsamiq.
  4. Communication: Great communicator of complex ideas clearly and thrive in a fast Agile environment.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborative with a robust ability to build positive relationships with cross-departmental teams and influence decision-making.
  6. Wireframing and Prototyping: Rapid wireframing and prototyping skills, with the competency to interpret data and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
