Job Title: Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding our team in embracing agile values, adopting and applying agile principles, and implementing agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help the team align and focus on Sprint and Program Increment (PI) Goals.
  • Foster continuous improvement of performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
  • Guide the team to remove impediments and assess the Scrum maturity of the team.
  • Help the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the product backlog and roadmap.
  • Capture, monitor, and report metrics to inform conversations with stakeholders.
  • Drive Safe Agile ceremonies like daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and showcase JIRA and Confluence experience and management.
  • Perform risk and impediment management, handle external teams' dependencies, and risk management.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
  • Experience with Jira or other tools utilized in an Agile development environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe SSM).
  • Effective planning and facilitation skills, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with other engineers, including distributed team members.
  • Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to all aspects of the development.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
