Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the demand forecasting process for our Canadian entities at a national level.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Demand Forecasting: Develop and implement demand forecasting models to accurately predict sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with account managers, commercial teams, and internal sales teams to align forecast at a national level and ensure seamless communication.
  3. Analyze Sales Trends: Review historical sales data, research demand drivers, and prepare forecast data to develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast results.
  4. Present to Senior Leadership: Lead the monthly S&OP meeting, presenting forecast results and recommendations to senior leadership.
  5. Track and Record Drug Shortages: Monitor and record drug shortages in the marketplace, assessing their impact on our company's forecast.
  6. Develop Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with internal sales teams to gather customer information and develop a robust forecast.
  7. Lead Allocation Meetings: Facilitate the weekly allocation meeting to discuss changes in supply positions and strategies based on demand.
  8. Act as Supply Chain Liaison: Serve as the face of the supply chain to external customers, addressing supply issues, allocation, and forecast changes.
  9. Monitor Inventory Levels: Track customer DC level inventory on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure optimal stock levels.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain management, with a focus on forecasting and demand planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Exposure to the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry.
  • Solid computer skills, with experience in SAP or rapid response systems an asset.
