We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sleep Country Canada. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Store Visual Merchandising: Ensure our stores are visually appealing and well-organized, with products presented in an attractive and easy-to-shop manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Experience: Ideally 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, and/or customer service, although this is not mandatory as we will invest in the right person.
- Skills: A positive and optimistic attitude, strong customer focus, critical thinking skills, and the ability to tackle problems independently.
- Availability: Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends, with a commitment to continuous education and learning.
