About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and H&M Group's product offerings.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store appearance.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store is always visually appealing and well-organized.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on the latest sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements
