Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant environment.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Establish and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports on staff performance and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food outlet or similar environment.
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate are required.
  • Criminal record check is required.
  • Public transportation is available.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
