Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. O/A Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
