Job Summary
The Floor Manager is a key role within the H&M Group, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in their assigned department. As a leader, you will be responsible for the performance of your team, ensuring they provide top-notch service to customers while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, offering styling advice, product knowledge, and a personalized shopping experience.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and work with the store manager to maximize sales performance in your department.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales advisors to achieve excellent standards of service, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
- Recruitment and Training: Support the recruitment process, ensuring new starters are properly introduced and trained.
- Talent Development: Identify future talents and develop plans to support their progression within the company.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the COS brand, providing the best possible experience for customers.
Requirements
- Management Experience: Minimum 1-year management experience within a retail environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
- Customer Focus: Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and positive, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability: Adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and customer needs.
