This role provides a unique opportunity to become part of a prominent global entity specializing in Assurance, Testing, Inspection, and Certification services.
Key Responsibilities- Execute commodity inspection tasks in a prompt, secure, lawful, ethical, and efficient manner.
- Carry out volume assessments, temperature evaluations, sampling, calculations, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure that loading areas are maintained in a dry and clean condition.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with terminal, agent, and company personnel.
- Conduct Draft Surveys of bulk cargo vessels.
- Calibrate and validate equipment.
- Evaluate the condition of bulk cargo ships and document inspections.
- Perform bunker quantity assessments.
- Mentor new inspectors and support their field operations.
- Must hold certification as a Master Mariner.
- Physically capable and willing to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Exhibit a positive demeanor and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Oversee and uphold equipment and safety standards.
