Key Responsibilities
- Carry out tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
- Conduct test drives and evaluate vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required, including providing time estimates for further repairs.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Red Seal certification is preferred.
- Expertise in steering and suspension with experience in wheel alignment.
- Strong background in automotive repair.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
- Possession of a clean and valid driver's license.
