Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance cloud-based applications and services
- Collaborate with external clients and third-party systems
- Produce high-quality code, conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and implement unit testing
- Document processes and solutions
- Create rapid proof-of-concept models
- Engage in scrum team activities
- Continuously explore, assess, and apply new technologies to improve development efficiency

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform architectural and design choices
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as MongoDB, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL database management
- Expertise in microservices architecture design and service communication
- Strong foundation in computer science principles including data structures, design patterns, and algorithm analysis
- Familiarity with network and web protocols (e.g., REST, gRPC, HTTPS) and security best practices
- Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages as required
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and tools such as Gradle, Maven, and GIT
- Experience in developing test strategies, writing test cases, and automating testing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- While the primary focus is on Backend Java development, familiarity with Frontend technologies or infrastructure code is advantageous, as a well-rounded developer is an effective problem solver regardless of the technology.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or similar is a plus.
The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $126,000, reflecting base salary only. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
