We are currently looking for qualified candidates for the role of Property Management Administrator, Team Lead.

Position Overview
This position plays a crucial role in delivering administrative assistance to Property Managers and Resident Managers. The Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the Property Management Administrators, focusing on the training and development of both new and existing team members. This role is integral to the Business Operations Department, ensuring that we uphold Skyline's commitment to providing exceptional value and experiences for our clients, employees, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), Provincial Human Rights Code, AODA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Ability to plan, delegate, and manage tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in reviewing the work of others for accuracy and providing constructive feedback.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and guiding team members.
  • Engagement in special projects and initiatives.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for public engagement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and firmness.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-secondary education, along with at least 1 year of experience as a Property Management Administrator; or 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
