Position Overview
This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and support in pension administration. The successful candidate will:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally through various communication channels.
- Investigate participant queries and plan-related issues thoroughly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow customer service and client representatives.
- Engage in special projects as required.
- Communicate proactively with clients and team members.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
- Review and comprehend client plan documents and amendments.
- Adhere to established procedures and guidelines.
- Encourage open dialogue with customers to foster trust and rapport.
- Demonstrate analytical skills to resolve issues in a dynamic work environment.
- Exhibit a positive and cooperative attitude towards both clients and colleagues.
- Strive for first-call resolution while identifying and addressing service barriers.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Follow the assigned schedule for breaks and calls.
- Utilize strong listening and questioning techniques to maintain call control.
