Job Title: Assistant Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold to meet customer demand.
  • Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective performance.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
  • Free parking available.
  • Paid time off (volunteering or personal days).
