Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team at Fotile. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical, gas, or water technology and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install a diverse range of kitchen appliances with precision and care.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized service vehicle to ensure efficiency.
  • Travel to client residences to assess and evaluate home appliance needs.
  • Keep detailed records of service calls, installations, and any issues encountered.
  • Adhere to company protocols while ensuring the protection of client homes, including kitchen cabinets and flooring.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions and deliver exceptional customer service.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of an Electrician/Gas/Water Tech License.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Quick learner with a strong aptitude for hands-on tasks.
  • Proficient in using various tools such as impact drills, screwdrivers, electric saws, and hand tools.
  • Strong measurement skills and the ability to read precise measurements accurately.
  • Comfortable with making connections and installing panels (training available).
  • Valid driver's license (G Class) with a clean driving record.
  • Understanding of customer service principles.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Reliability and eligibility to work legally in Canada are essential.
  • Knowledge of safe equipment usage and requirements.
  • Manual dexterity for effective tool use.
  • Able to lift weights exceeding 60 lbs.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $50,000 - $85,000.00 per year
