Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Appliance Installation Specialist to join our team at Fotile. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical, gas, or plumbing systems and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installations of a diverse range of kitchen appliances.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized service vehicle.
  • Travel to customer residences to assess and install home appliances.
  • Keep a detailed log of service calls, installations, and any issues encountered.
  • Adhere to company protocols to ensure high standards of service while protecting client properties.
  • Exhibit professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an Electrician/Gas/Water Tech License.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to acquire new skills on the job.
  • Experience with various tools, including impact drills, screwdrivers, electric saws, and hand tools.
  • Proficient in using a tape measure and interpreting precise measurements.
  • Comfortable with making connections and installing panels (training provided).
  • Valid driver's license (G Class) with a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Reliable and legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Knowledge of safe equipment usage and requirements.
  • Manual dexterity to effectively handle necessary tools.
  • Able to lift weights exceeding 60 lbs.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an asset.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $50,000 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected Start Date: Immediately
