Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a managerial role within the construction sector
Work Environment

Willingness to relocate is essential for this position, as you will be coordinating multiple projects across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize the establishment of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate activities across regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
  • Set organizational objectives and approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Supervision

Direct supervision of 1 to 2 staff members.

Work Conditions
