Ramp Operations Supervisor

We are currently in search of a Ramp Attendant Supervisor to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead hand, supervising and mentoring Ramp Attendants;
- Oversee the loading and unloading processes for all flights during your shift;
- Ensure the availability of necessary equipment for efficient passenger and cargo handling;
- Manage and coordinate ground operation protocols, while reviewing and implementing new procedures;
- Conduct daily inspections of ground handling equipment and complete required documentation;
- Safely marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area;
- Establish work priorities and delegate tasks to Ramp Attendants;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and operational procedures;
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred;
- A strong drive for success;
- Ability to mentor colleagues and provide effective supervision;
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including short-notice coverage;
- A clean certificate of conduct and eligibility for Transport Canada Security Clearance;
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record;
- Capability to lift weights up to 50lbs;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
