About the RoleAs a Veterinary Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our veterinary team, ensuring compliance with veterinary medical standards, and contributing to the financial performance of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of veterinary professionals to deliver exceptional client experience and excellence in veterinary care.
- Oversee surgical and medical cases for veterinary doctors, ensuring positive outcomes and accurate estimates.
- Develop and implement medical protocols and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the management team to set and meet budgeting and operational targets.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to veterinary professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
