Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to join our team at GT Krahn Trucking LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with commercial transport trucks
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Estimate parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of commercial transport truck systems and mechanics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
