Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our advanced production facility. This role is integral to our operations and will be situated in a modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize mobile material handling equipment to package finished products efficiently.
  • Identify and report any operational issues to the Shift Supervisor.
  • Measure and document the dimensional and physical characteristics of products at specified intervals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all material and scrap storage areas.
  • Assist in the setup and movement of equipment within production zones.
  • Support the initiation of production lines and ensure products meet both internal and external specifications.
  • Construct and package pipe crates as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with plastic extrusion processes is a significant plus.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating day and night shift schedule is required.
