Key Responsibilities- Program Development

- Team Leadership

- Provide coaching and guidance to staff to enhance their performance and career development.
- Community Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and agencies to ensure effective referrals and support.
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote our programs and services.
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage program budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and evaluations to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Education and Experience
- Relevant degree, diploma, or certificate, or combination of education and experience.
- At least two years of related/transferable experience in program management, community development, or social services.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Certifications and Qualifications
- Ability to successfully complete a Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records Check.
- Ability to successfully pass a reference check.
- Current Emergency First Aid Certificate.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination.
- Competitive salary range: $57,600 - $79,200 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
