Main Responsibilities

As a Painting and Sandblasting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all industrial painting activities, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Tasks

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth
  • Ensure accurate costing and financial management of painting activities
  • Monitor and control workload plans, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Manage operational teams, providing guidance and support to ensure success
  • Define and implement operating methods and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Verify the quality assurance of painting activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards
  • Develop and maintain Health and Safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in industrial painting, with at least 5 years of experience
  • A NACE certification or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
