Job Description

Executive Director of Fitness Operations

Club Pilates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director of Fitness Operations to lead our studio in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve revenue goals by controlling controllable expenses and driving sales growth.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage sales processes to schedule prospects into demo classes, generate leads, and close sales.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by motivating the team to offer incredible classes and top-notch service.
  • Studio Management: Take ownership of studio cleanliness, develop staff as necessary, and work with the District Manager and Owner to ensure studio functionality.
  • Marketing and Networking: Lead grassroots marketing and networking efforts to generate leads and promote the studio.
  • Staff Management: Supervise Sales Representatives, hire and manage instructors, and provide regular coaching to staff.
  • Operations: Manage sales processes, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate inventory counts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales management experience.
  • Skills: Confident in generating personal sales, ability to manage and drive four revenue streams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in data management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
