Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time hybrid Intermediate or Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role entails conducting structural calculations, performing in-depth analysis, and crafting design solutions for a variety of engineering projects. While the primary work location is flexible, candidates should be prepared to engage with team members across different regions.

Required Qualifications

  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of structural engineering
  • Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (a master's degree in structural engineering is advantageous)
  • Experience in designing commercial and institutional structures
  • Knowledge of seismic analysis techniques
