Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Anderson First Rate Contracting. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of construction sites, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment, such as jackhammers and saws, to assist in the construction process.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate objects weighing up to 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
  • Reliable vehicle and a current BC driver's license.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
