Job Title: Accounting Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Shadforth Business Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and reconcile accounts.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in accounting software, including Caseware/Caseview, MS Excel, and Quick Books.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, excellent oral communication, and flexibility.
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
