We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and drive sales success. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Participate in engaging customers in sales activities as part of daily responsibilities.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to sales representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolve escalations, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
- Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer complaints.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
