Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of our retail store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and evaluating performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance staff productivity.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credits policies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make adjustments as needed.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, including conducting performance reviews.
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Supervision: 5-10 people
- Personal Suitability: Collaborative, Energetic, Goal-oriented, Proactive, Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Judgement, Ability to multitask
