About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Assistant to join our team at Sidhu Pro Construction Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Site Preparation: Help prepare construction sites by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Applying Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced construction professionals.
  • Maintenance and Cleanup: Perform routine maintenance work and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants on the construction site.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Machine Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Work Conditions: The work environment is physically demanding and may involve working at heights or in confined spaces.
Requirements and Qualifications
