Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Jaxartes Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement effective communication plans to engage with our target audience.
- Develop Policies: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies that align with our marketing goals.
- Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs: Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material: Ensure that all public-facing written materials, such as reports and website content, are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare Written Material: Develop written materials, such as reports and briefs, to support our marketing efforts.
- Perform Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Recruit and Hire Staff: Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for marketing staff.
- Answer Written and Oral Inquiries: Respond to written and oral inquiries from customers and stakeholders.
- Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material: Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures and reports.
- Gather, Research, and Prepare Communications Material: Gather and analyze data to inform our marketing efforts.
- Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies: Conduct research and analysis to inform our marketing strategies.
- Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our services and products.
- Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Website Promotions: Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Ensure Appropriate Business/Commercial Licenses are in Place: Ensure that all necessary licenses and permits are in place.
- Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Manage and maintain our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletter, and Communications Materials: Develop and edit written materials, including press releases and newsletters.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Provide supervision and guidance to office and volunteer staff.
- Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
