Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical and Surgical Inpatient Units

Humber River Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Resource Team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various Medical and Surgical Inpatient Units, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients in Medical and Surgical Inpatient Units
  • Work collaboratively with the Nursing Resource Team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current BCLS certification or demonstrated competency
  • Recent Medical and/or Surgical experience is mandatory
  • Coronary Care I or actively pursuing the Coronary Care Certification is an asset
