Position Overview

The Inventory Control Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the inventory management processes within our organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that inventory levels are maintained accurately and efficiently to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to streamline inventory operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory status and performance.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on inventory policies and procedures.
  • Work Assignment: Organize, delegate, and review tasks among team members.
  • Material Management: Manage requisitions for materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain an orderly and efficient inventory system.
  • Scheduling: Develop work schedules and operational procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals, ensuring effective performance and adherence to company standards.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
Work Environment

This role is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
