Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of our store's business, including attracting and developing top talent, driving key business results, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Development: Attract, hire, and train high-performing Team Members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our wellness products.
- Business Growth and Strategy: Develop and implement annual and quarterly business plans to drive revenue growth, increase customer engagement, and improve operational efficiency.
- Customer Experience and Service: Ensure that all Team Members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and recommendations that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Store Operations and Visual Merchandising: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Community Outreach and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with our local community, build brand awareness, and drive sales through community outreach and events.
- Performance Management and Development: Administer mid-year and annual reviews, set goals, and deliver feedback regularly to direct reports, ensuring that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
- Communication and Collaboration: Establish and maintain key communication rhythms with Team Members, Assistant Store Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership experience in a retail environment, with a strong ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Retail Experience: Deep understanding of the retail environment, with expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
- Product Knowledge: Passion for our wellness products and a strong ability to educate customers on their benefits and features.
- Community Engagement: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with local community members, with a proven ability to drive sales through community outreach and events.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
