Job Title: Stair Installation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Stair Installation Specialist to join our team at Green Star A&B Renovation. As a key member of our construction and renovation team, you will be responsible for installing stairs and other construction elements in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation Procedures: Ensure that all stair installations are completed to the highest standards, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Measurement Guidelines: Take accurate measurements to ensure precise installation of stairs and other construction elements.
  • Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload materials and equipment as required.
  • Hand/Power Tools: Operate hand and power tools to complete installation tasks.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand installation requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Work Environment:

  • Outdoors: Work in various outdoor locations, including construction sites.
  • At Heights: Work at heights, requiring a strong sense of safety and adherence to protocols.

Work Setting:

  • Construction, Renovation, Various Locations: Work in a fast-paced construction and renovation environment, with varying locations and tasks.

Physical Demands:

  • Fast-Paced: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
  • Physically Demanding: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy loads.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accurate installation and quality workmanship.

Weight Handling:

  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs): Safely handle loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required.
