Gas Bar Supervisor

As a Gas Bar Supervisor with Federated Co-operatives Limited, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gas bars. Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Supervising and training team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Assisting with the ordering, receiving, pricing, and displaying of merchandise as assigned by the Gas Bar Manager.
- Performing daily reconciliations and reports, as well as opening and closing procedures.
- Ensuring a neat, clean, and orderly location is maintained at all times.
- Assisting with marketing requirements and promoting sales initiatives.
- Providing administrative support as assigned by the Gas Bar Manager.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Gas Bar Clerk with Saskatoon Co-op, with at least one year of experience in a functional supervisory role or 3 years supervisory experience in a retail setting.
- A minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education.
- Experience performing administrative procedures, including cash reconciliations and general office paperwork.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in directing, coaching, and training team members.
- Above-average communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
Working Conditions: This role requires the ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
