Your Role
Our Quebec Risk Advisory Services (RAS) division is seeking a seasoned Manager to enhance our team in the Montreal and Quebec regions. The Manager will collaborate closely with the RAS team to oversee practice management, support business growth, ensure effective mandate execution, and contribute to overall practice advancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Practice Oversight
Playing a pivotal role in managing the Quebec-based RAS division Once acclimated to the practice: Acting as a mentor and guide to team members to unlock their potential, assisting in defining resource requirements, and actively participating in recruitment efforts.Business Growth
Contributing to the formulation and execution of the RAS Quebec strategy. Actively pursuing business opportunities and engaging in business development and sales initiatives.Mandate Execution
Cultivating robust relationships with clients across all experience levels, including leadership Taking a leadership role in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages learning, participating in group activities, and aiding in the development of team culture. Leading teams in executing various risk management, internal audit, and other RAS projects Overseeing engagements in close collaboration with RAS team members to ensure quality delivery to clients – on budget, on time, and with excellence. Assisting in the creation of methodologies, tools, and templates.Defining Success in Your Role

Your Qualifications and Experience
Technical Proficiency
Extensive experience in conducting internal audits (financial, operational, and value-for-money), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) quality assessments, enterprise risk management, and regulatory/internal controls over financial reporting (SOX and NI engagements) with related deliverables. Comprehensive understanding of IIA standards. Certification in one or both of the following: CPA and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).Communication and Teamwork
Strong communication abilities to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate security concepts to diverse audiences. Building positive working relationships with clients and identifying enhancements for future engagements. Demonstrating managerial skills while working with high-performing teams. Continuously growing your expertise through learning and professional development.Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. CPA or CIA certification. 7 years or more of professional experience in a similar role within a professional services environment. Ability to prioritize workload effectively and manage flexibility. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with presentation skills for internal and external purposes. Goal-oriented, focused on results and client satisfaction. Bilingual in French and English is essential.-
