Client Advisor, Commercial Auto Insurance

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our Commercial Auto team at Acera Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their commercial auto insurance needs and provide expert guidance to ensure their coverage meets their requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Review and process ICBC and private auto renewals, endorsements, new plate policies, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Auto Team to deliver outstanding service and exceed client expectations.
  • Thoroughly review claims histories and repayment options.
  • Be a valuable resource for team members, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive success.
  • Liaise between ICBC and clients to ensure coverage needs are met.
  • Assist in the batching of documents in the ICBC and Autolink systems.
  • Manage commercial auto renewal lists and assist with the management of the Team's EPIC Homepage and general email box.
  • Work with our Broker Management System (EPIC) and follow established workflows.
  • Review private auto policy wordings and associated documents for accuracy, completeness, and note any errors.
  • Be available to work outside of regular office hours as required.
Location and Status:

Victoria, BC (Uptown and Royal Bay Office)

Permanent full-time employment (37.5 hrs/week)

Hours 8:30am – 5:00pm

$45K - $55K per year

Qualifications:
  • General Insurance level 2 license is considered an asset.
  • CAIB and/or CIP Designation, or on an education plan.
  • 2 years ICBC experience is considered an asset.
  • Fleet/Garage experience is considered an asset.
