Job Title: Data Entry Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to join our team at SSR AUTO SALES & SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our data entry team, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, and providing technical guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise data entry team members in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure smooth operation of equipment and software
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Working Conditions:
