Position Overview

Crystal Construction Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and prepare production reports and other documentation.
  • Supervise and manage workers and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities effectively.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing processes.
  • Provide training or arrange for necessary training for staff.
  • Order materials and supplies as needed for projects.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
